Obtaining Building Regulations certification is a legal requirement with all building
extensions. We will take care of this for you.
Prior to commencement, Walton Homes will notify the works to the local authority. The local authority Building Inspector ensures that the extension is being built to meet the current Building Regulations, and once the conversion is completed, you are sent a Completion Certificate.
You must keep the Completion Certificate safe, because should you decide to sell the property at some future time, your buyers solicitor will request to see it to verify the extension was carried out in accordance with Building Regulations.
